Spring CleanTo “spring clean” your life, you need to understand how and where your life is draining you. For many, that feeling of being overwhelmed comes from too many tasks, too many commitments, and being surrounded by people who don’t support or inspire you. In this limited time Spring Clean Your Life offering, you’ll establish a clear 90-day plan for living your life “on purpose.”
Why Get a Coach
Do you know what excites and inspires you? Do you know what’s really important to you? Do you know what you want in your life and work, and if you do, do you have clearly stated plans to get there? Do you know what’s holding you back from making your wants a reality?
As lifelong learners, these are all questions we must ultimately answer, and a good coach knows how to pursue these powerful lines of inquiry.
Our job is to give you the resources and tools you need, and provide timely feedback, recognition, clarity and support in achieving desired outcomes.

Our clients repeatedly tout these differentiators in session debriefs and written reviews:
At VBC, ‘re-tool your life and work’ is more than just a tag line. At the heart of our proven process are coaching tools that help our clients to move forward, get motivated and commit to action. Our tangible, printable forms and worksheets frame every coaching exercise and make conversations more concrete, engaging, and “sticky.”
We charge hourly for our time. There are no retainers or long-term commitments, so you pay as you go.
While 1-on-1 coaching is our norm, we welcome small groups with up to three session participants, either from the same organization (i.e. managers from different departments or staff from the same department) or different organizations (i.e. peer group CEOs).
If we ever show up unprepared or fail to add value in a session, you do not pay.
